I was travelling from Bharuch to Baroda on a sunny Saturday.
Train was as usual jam pack and there was no place to keep foot. All of a
sudden an uncle woke up and recognized his station and jumped out of train
making “a seat vacant in general class”. I sat there first so it was mine;
after a long time I got a chance to “sit & travel in train” at same time.
But as soon as I came out of the moment, I saw a very old age person (in his
early 90s) standing near me, reading book “conclusions of Rig veda” (Rig veda
ka saar). From his cloths he looked poor but from his book he was richest man
to me. I requested him to have the seat and as can be prejudged by his
character, he declined. I requested him again and he accepted (considering age
factor, I guess!). Now I was standing on his shoulder. Few other people
appreciated the gesture and all of a sudden he said “Give me 5 mins. And I will
be done”. I didn’t know what so say, And in like 7-8 mins. He turned to me and
started casual conversation, name, place occupation etc. Few other travelers
joined conversation by introducing themselves. As soon as I said my name and
told him that I work in sanitary ware, he said “well someone is working on Gandhi’s
dream”. Me a Gandhi`s dream, what the hell was this man talking about. And I
turned this question to him and he replied “Gandhi`s dream was to see upper
cast working in sanitary and lower cast in governmental or official class;
meaning every one and every work is equal”. We both concluded by smile. People
all around were listening. Further conversation turned into debate, and as
usual I was standing against Gandhi. In between came a topic that stormed out
everything.

Communication

Now, the man introduced himself as senior person in Army
Bhola Pratap – some kind of communication`s department post independence. He
was a big fan of “Garam dal” before independence. He explained the importance
of communication before independence and reminded me few of examples like “Chapatti
& Lotus Flower” (Roti Aur kamal ka fool). He said it was his dream to see
communication flourishing in India. It was his dream to watch Congress rule
like “a people`s government”. But then everything changed inside the congress
and good people were thrown out and bad were becoming more captive. He said “my
father use to tell me after all Congress party is a British party as it is
started by A.O Humes. It may have Indian faces but its intentions will always
try to run things like British”. He told me how angry he use to get when his
father use to abuse Congress. TO get him more into deep, I pushed him “Do you
think its all Congress`s fault?”. His reflexive answer was “No no - not at all.
Congress share is 20%. It’s the people who couldn’t draw the line of their
roles and functions post independence. You can blame my generation and my son`s
generation (Or your father`s generation) who enjoyed the independent rights
without writing their duties. We all abused our available resources and keep
them in our house. All family were having 4 kids in 50s and 60s (Your father
mother must be a 4 brother or sisters). That’s when family planning was set.
Since 1960s population growth fell but we never closed our borders or checked
our infiltration from all sides. We never know the cause of this population
explosion till date? Why are we 100 Billion?

Post independence when celebration of independence was on
going and was taking this face of madeness, there were awareness camps by Swami
Vivekananda Societies for society but nothing came concrete. In less than a
decade to make matters worse – there came T.V & Ramayan and all. Till radio
it was OK. Initially T.V broadcast of 1 Hour of news was also good; but when 24
hrs of Doordarshan came it went to over
communication. And the only reason India did it was because world was doing
it!! Before independence, the plan was “to lead the world” but the truth was we
were far behind the world to lead. And instead of telling this bitter truth
“colorful tube-lights were required in Mumbai to make the arrows of Shri Ram
and Ravan look real”. I was posted in “Government communication improvement
program with Eastern states”, I was good in flying due to war with China and
war with Pakistan. In 1980s after making Bangladesh country`s government were
in fear that people in favor of calling east Pakistan may attack eastern
territories. So to make communication strong I was allotted full Authority of
“keeping communication 100% up by any and all means”. In order to maintain such
high demand; I asked Army and government to give me any plain so that I can
take a stop at Lucknow, Allahbad Kolkata and reach Siliguri (Assam) in Less
than 6 Hrs. But our government couldn’t find a single plane out of Army as Army
clarified it’s not a war situation and most fighter planes are on Repair. It
was this time when TATA handed the Air India fleet and proved its loyalty to
nation but in against to their loyalty. Air India was nationalized and merged
to Indian airlines. This is how actual communication (the necessary one) was
established while country was watching T.V. Its ever since that incidence, I am
watching India go mad like anything on any kind of communication and these
devices are make people more stupid and lame day by day without giving them the
hint.”

A first class bogie silence ran through the whole general
compartment. Another gentleman asked
“How is T.V and internet making us lame day by day?”.

He smiled and said “You tell me cause of any invention or
discovery?”

Some college kid replied “Need or passion; desire to solve a
problem!!”

Agreeing to man uncle again started and said “If everything
can be googled or searched or bought over internet; how are you going to
inspire the new generation to invent? If
you tell an upcoming generation a story you will feel that they can’t imagine
it. My great-granddaughter is lucky to have us, and she may realize this
decades later when I am not here; but few of my great granddaughter’s friends
leave their children infront of T.V happily claiming that “she likes to hear
this song, its his/her favorite”. What does a 4 year know about those songs?
What do they like in it, I cant understand.

Let me take you back to our time, Imagine a time when news
paper of 22nd September tells us that 24th Sept there is a
match says India Pak 1 day and all players are fit and doing their practices.
On 23rd September they will tell roughly about who is umpire and how
is the pitch? And again player fitness and ticket status. On 24th
Sept you have to put your ears on radio and hear the whole commentary or else
India-Pak may win or lose but you will definitely loose the joy of match. This
use of ears; this use of maintained desire to hear kept us keen in our time. It
kept our ears connected to brain continuously for larger period of time and
these hearing is to understanding capacities use to be very high. Moreover, Kids
use to have aims of life like this “buying tickets and going into stadiums to
watch match”. These days’ matches run in offices & hall as a background and
work is pretty much affected. The more future generation kid you pick up they
think they can more multi-task but in reality; they don’t do a single work upto
the mark. A similar example of my experience is the letters I have read for all
the family people in the village and the money order notes that I have read. They
use to gift us with char-ana and say “write a reply”. How emotional they were; how
much relation depth was there due to distance and no-connectivity. They valued their relation because of this.
Talk more about it; our “gift” was termed as “bribe” by over communication.

Teach me something; Isn’t MBA colleges teaching “connect to
your customer” in various ways? And if your customer is willing to pay an extra
penne to stay connected to you; what is the problem with that? You are an MBA
tell me?”
After a pause and a gulp of water from his bottle he said “Over communication causes over processing and an extra-load giving lesser
time to process in brain and hence lead to defective results and causing bad
situations at every part.

Look at the Euro crises; does that group of country needed
to Make Euro? Their system was fine Greece was having low value on money, so
Rest of Europeans uses to go there as it was cheap and enjoys their weekends
and come back. After this political dream of Euro; Greece is too costly to
travel for Europeans also. This overly fast communication got them into such a
big trouble. People in Europe never wanted Euro – It was just a politician`s
dream. A bad dream. It came this far only because over communication and forceful
questions asked by media again and again and again. Every time they(media) ask
the question got an answer and it become more real day by day.

For us the good thing is; now we are putting signs like “do
not talk on mobile phone while driving”. “Keep your mobile on silent”. I wish
you all a good luck in coming out of
this communication dilemma and actually start acting on issues rather than
telling more people and making a heap of not required
information”.

It was his station!

Bringing contracts to processing to designing plants to developing them and finally supplying it to our site engineers.
Clients were mostly Indians or South Asians so we have to mess with them from time to time either for some work issue or for payment issue. Now, was the perfect time for company to take a roll ahead of its stable thinking from No-Trip to Two-Trip.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">The Beginning . . .

Journey begins at 2306Hrs of 15 June 2011 from Anand with huge bon-voyage from company at station. We were provided with food snacks and other emoluments of Journey which we usually get from Hotels. It was first trip of company in which members were given grants to “go for fun”.

<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Day - 1 :: No Plan to something
Train dropped us at right time (0545hrs) at Dadar and from there we went to Neral in Local train. It took us 2 hrs to reach Neral.
Neral is the point from where beauty stretches its arm wide spread area of 200 Km on heavenly beautiful hills with lakes like peace in-between enjoyment. We took toy train to reach Matheran and it took 2 Hrs from Neral to Matheran. A list of hotels was contacted on spot. This also took 2 hrs to shack for best price to comfort in Matheran (Real deal is :: never book a Hotel from Internet agents or even hotels directly through phone; unless its peak season and you know that it’s a peak season). Finally we went in Hotel Preeti; took rest and then lunch at 3:30 in noon.
On first day, we only visited Heart Point and Monkey Point; probably the best place to view top view of mountains and see hill-river formation (Only possible in off-season of End of June month. Ahead of June they are flowing rivers and much better scenery that’s why August to November are peak seasons.)
The Best part (or worst for others) was :: there-were no roads no turns just village <span style="font-family: "Georgia","serif"">Kachha-road (pagdandi type) with no direction or detail of which point you will reach. After the evening we realized that sun is not there and path is all dark. We all used our mobile battery which was stupidest thing we did on the trip. Always carry Torch to any of the points, weather day or night.

When we reached Hotel there was no electricity there too. A flow of painkillers and medicines was consumed in order to call caliber for the day. This caliber came to end as soon as we hit main road to visit 7 Points. We called few horses to bargain. When we came to split place, few horse men slashed their price to grounds and we hired 2 horses namely – “Classic” and “Pyarelal”. I didn’t sat on any of the horse because it’s insane in my view, although those who sat told me that “classic” is awesome but “pyarelal” is naughty.
Our next stop was Alexander Point. We took a break here and God also poured his quota of the day over there. Chowk Point was our next destination. In UK your company has to show Profit:Devidend:Avg Employee pay; Instead in India you get to hike your own salary by 120 times without explanation.

TCS India :: Data Entry world wide

In conference to a friend in USA I came to know that “ All companies like TCS Infosys etc do the lamest work in the field of computers. Indian software engineer is far worse than any other Geek who do not have any degree. I don’t know how much of it is true but If it is true it should be noted a worth while.

Claw of TCS are above Human Rights

The human right clearly mentions “Emotional matter” as a cause of service break for indefinite duration. These matters involve “death of family person” to “birth of child” and “pregnancy 6 to 8 month leaves”.

I can show you 100s of cases in which TCS has fired a trainee candidate on the basis of “being absent more than 2 days” when he was giving fire to the pyre of his father or mother.
In explanation to this your tamed HR officials say “we have mentioned in our contract”. What exactly have they written is not known to me but I can surely say “whatever it is written is not above the Human right or constitution of India”.
“Job of fear” and “job of interest” are 2 different products and cannot make same way.

HRs of TATA

TCS HRs are like college faculty or Dog. They like it only when you lick them like a dog. If you don’t serve them entertainment wise or any other way they won’t support you. It’s mostly like a kid – unless u give him dairy milk he won’t sing for you.

Problem for any new fresher in new city is of accommodation which most of HRs don’t wanna look at it unless you are a beautiful girl.

Tata Institute of Social Science

I was there for a visit of 1 Hr. tour. I saw that ERO research is mostly of how to use more and more machine in place of people. Statistics and researches are more inclined towards use of machine where men can be used just because machines don’t make that much complain and don’t go on strike.

I asked them how you defined TATA HR offices. Their answer was lame in every way. They dident knew “If there is no 1 above any another Indian then even you and me will start corrupting that post. Its something in our blood.”

Tata Steel : Tata Steal

Your plants are suffering from manpower requirement from min. of 30 engineers in each department to cumulate the load at almost all sites. Its easy to say “ you are stealing the labor jobs and harassing the current employee”. Service of fear is working here too. Your own furnace men told me he hasn’t taken lunch for past 2 days because he was the last to leave the plant, in his shift.

“The romance of Tata steel” clearly mentions that “biggest asset is “company`s employee and nothing else”. The thing that draws my attention is “nothing else” part involved in the quote by Rustam jee. He could have said stopped at “company`s employee” but he wanted to indicate 1 step ahead.

TATA Nano : Sanand

Past year when you shifted to Gujrat I was able to see your Singoor plant in Sanand. Why there is no “bonus of tax benefit” Colum in salary slips.
Your production is slow then line capacity and creates bottle necking from time to time; only reason is HRs; they are not sincere to their duty and nor they give any attention to the training. well what can I say “Truth bites Tata jee but Truth is truth.”

Your company dont want to be second worst thing that ever happened to Indians in name of company; first one was Britishers – atleast they don’t belong to us but you belonged to us and that’s how this article bleeds out.

Regards,

Mayank
mayankshuklahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08400218220944056897noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3981923417857124325.post-28203792150262271462011-01-20T16:14:00.002+05:302011-01-20T16:22:35.578+05:30We all killed Jessica<p style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; All these bloggers earn their bread by praising google. If they stop praising they will not get the fat cheque from Adsense departments of Google, instead they might get a ban.So, I cannot assume that this article can come from a PRO-writer hence Naive such as me has to pick up pen.

I am not the first one to blame Google for something. But when it comes to my country I think Google goes to Rank-2. Recently I came across Article on Rajneeti.comwhere 3 links of Maps of India are shown in google Maps. (See link). The map of India is accordance "what that country desires" and not according to DGSI (Director General Surveyor of India) or UNO.

It is clear that to overcome the China`s Firewall " The great firewall of China"; Google has changed the map of India, showing not only Arunachal as its part but also Kashmir. It is clear that corporate lust of "more clicks" to Google has gone so down hill that they never think of 1-billion sentiments.

This cheap step of Google can clearly mean that moral of company towards "Social Responsibility" is really lower then its "ambition of earning."

These are links for proof…………….

For China- http://ditu.google.cn/

For India- http://maps.google.co.in/maps?hl=en&tab=wl

For US- http://maps.google.com/mayankshuklahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08400218220944056897noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3981923417857124325.post-45888641881109053602010-01-02T11:32:00.002+05:302010-12-31T15:27:38.107+05:30The Movie - The Book and Chetan`s 4th MistakeDear Brother Chetan Bhiya,

I am not a big fan of your books clearly. I am a big fan of English movie and Politics of India. I am concerned with lot of Indians who are upset from the system called Indian politics and parts running under it.( Thats right I am just another Indian)

Till now I clearly see you as a businessman who sells books which he writes for fun!.Your books are demeaning to educated (or education taking girls) and supports to grow filthiness amongst youngster by telling them "how to use education as a shield of sex? "

Now, As my oath to help Indians Let me help you by following :-

This is what brought you in mess. You think you are PRO writer (language wise its true but legality wise it is not).

4-a) If you want credit of Movie you should have gone to Censer board when Script and Story were passed by writer.

4-b) You should have clearly mentioned your share of credit either in terms of money or in terms of placing the name of book or author.

4-c) Patent of FPS is under Author Suppression Act. Which means "Writing Publishing Edited Writing and Edited publishing is prohibited.. . .No Claw Regarding making movie on it.

If you File a case your weak points will be :-

A) Your weak patent. ( 4-C )
B) You came late to take story credit.
C) Still if Court takes your case then your FPS patent has patents of
i) "Names of Characters" : 15%
ii) "Scenario and Be ground lines" : 30%
iii) "Exciting Scenes " : 15%
iv) " Name of Patent Objection" : 10%
v)" Story line " : 30%

So, C-i,C-iii,C-iv are not in your favor i.e totally 40% is not stolen from you. Also I am not including (C-iii) as I am not sure they have shown the "Neha with top off! " of your book in movie. Still your opponents get 40% not copied.

Law says : If book is copied for more then 75% then its copyright infringement case. Name of Characters and Story line have very much details which can be removed by placing the following para in movie<strike>
" Any and all names, characters, pictures, scenes, places, locations, locales, business establishments, organizations, associations, groups, entities, dominions, states, nations, governments, beliefs, circumstances, conditions, and events portrayed in this movie are either fictitious or fictitiously used. Any resemblance to real or actual person (living or dead) are pure coincidence. Any resemblance to real or actual character, characters, picture, pictures, scene, scenes, place, places, location, locations, locale, locales, business establishment, business establishments, organization, organizations, association, associations, group, groups, entity, entities, dominion, dominions, state, states, nation, nations, government, governments, belief, beliefs, circumstance, circumstances, condition, conditions, event, or events that exist, exists, existed, have existed, or will exist are pure coincidence. Any resemblance to reality is pure coincidence."</strike>

Now you have only 60% true hold (out of which 30% more can be taken if you take "exciting scene and turning points " ).

As far as " court outside settlement " is concerned , I know you are a good business man and you have good hold in International market you will come to draft some rout out.
Also I would like to suggest that "be legally strong for books you wrote".

Regards,
Mayankmayankshuklahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08400218220944056897noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3981923417857124325.post-70118447870082384152009-12-19T21:20:00.000+05:302009-12-19T21:20:01.686+05:30Relation of India Pakistan

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;">`People supporting government` and ISI(Pak Army) are now infront of each other as USA has provided funds for “non-military activities” .This will control ISI and pakistan army`s bad intention work.<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;">

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;">At the time of SARC meeting 2004 in Pakistan I got an opportunity to meet Amir Meer, current CEO of Geo Television. We talked for a long time in front of hotel. Amir Meer was complaining about India that India do not talk to the elected leaders of Pakistan. India only talk to military leaders. He also said same thing for USA. At the time of talk about India there was no Trenchant in him, there was only complain. But at the time of discussion over America Trenchancy can was easily visible. Trenchancy like this for America was visible from Islamabad to Rawalpindi. At the time of Cold war, India and Pakistan were divide into two opposite group although India was having Non-Alignment Policy by his leader jawahar Lal Nehru. Even then India was backed by USSR and Pakistan was backed by USA.USSR was having a good control over Afghanistan at that time and India was also close to Afghanistan where as a good distance with Pakistan were maintained. Since then America is funding ISI to support terrorist activities in Afghanistan. Pakistan is using that fund against India since first installment. After the breaking of USSR those who received funds from USA become the rulers of the area.

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;">Up to 9-11 America never gave any concern to the proofs provided by India on Pakistan Sponsor Terrorism. After 9-11 India`s then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpye told George W Bush”India was warning America from past 10 years”. It is after this George W Bush and US government realizes and forced Pakistan to reduce terrorist activities and involve internationally against terrorism. Pakistan military president Parvez Mushraff en-cashed the moment very well. America also sent uncalculable sum in the session, due to this Pakistan`s public never stood in favor of America. At one side USA was talking about democracy in Afghanistan and at the same time it was financing Pakistan`s military ruler Pervez Musharraf. When Amir Meer was talking about the lack of democratic rule in Pakistan, He was constantly blaming India but his expression was not of Trenchant at the same time his expression for US government was full of Trenchant. There were two reasons
1) Then Prime Minister of India Atal Bihari Vajpyee flagged the friendship hand with Prime Minister of Pakistan Navab Sharif by starting a bus from Amritsar to Lahor. After a long time Pakistan`s public wish came true that both government should sit and talk over relation strengthening.
2) India was not taking Parvez Musharaf as a ruler of Pakistan whereas American Government was using Parvez Musharraf as a military ruler to continue the killings of Muslims in Afghanistan.

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;">After talking to lot of people from various region sects of Pakistan I came to conclusion that Pakistan citizens blame the military rule for the bitterness of Indo-Pak Relation. Military rule came only when the democratic government of Pakistan tries to make good relation with India. Navab Sharif was the fresh sample of then. After resigning from the presidential rule in Pakistan Pravez Musharraf himself accepted that he received millions of US dollars from US government. Due to this step of Musharraf, US government for the first time passed a bill to pay the democratic government of Pakistan a sum of 150 crore US dollars per year for five years for the welfare of public. This decision of USA made the Pakistan Army very angry but people in Pakistan welcomed it, whereas people having a mentality of hate India” and radicals have come again to people accepting the funds from USA. In September a bill named “<span style="color: blue; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;">Kerry Lugar bill<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;">” was passed in American Congress. Some of the conditions of this bill were not liked by the forces working against India. There are certain conditions of this bill which are as follows :-

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;">A certificate should be provided by Pakistan Government to American Foreign minister regarding the ban on promotion of Nuclear Technology. This should also contain the list of all Pakistani involved in the network of Nuclear related work in Pakistan.
(A clear point towards A Q Khan who provided nuclear technology to various Muslim countries on the directions of Military rular Parvez Musharraf)

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;">American foreign minister will be informed and certified that Pakistan is following the commitment of opposing the terrorism in all its aspect may it be military or intelligence.

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;">American Foreign minister should be certified by Pakistan Government that Pakistan is not helping any terrorist group against American army working in Afghanistan or those terrorist group which can attack its neighboring countries.
(A clear point towards organizations working against India; like lashkar-e-taiba,jaish-e-mohammed and many more pakistan army parts like ISI.)

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;">American Foreign minister must involve the above points in the report to congress and also include that – there is no involvement of Army or pressure of Army over the democratic government. A keen eye on Pakistan`s defense budget will be involved in briefing. Role in strategic affairs of civil administration and civil administration so much in the army’s intervention.

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;">The above four points of Obama Government will strengthen the democracy in Pakistan. Still the Government of India is against the American Aid to Pakistan. This is because of the traditional routine of Indian ministers. This is the first time India can be happy on the indirect help of America to India. Those powers of Pakistan who wants good of people of Pakistan are not against these terms. Only those are against these terms who either dont know the terms and religiously against USA or those who know every thing and are in favor of Military rule in Pakistan. Pakistan military is obviously against the terms and conditions of Bill because it has its tie-ups with various terrorist organizations against America in Afghanistan and India.
Why it belongs to reliance.Later on I also came to know that Ambani bros are calculating it as a millions of dollars of worth.
SO after lot of surfing it come to me as :-
- Reliance India (@ Dhiru bhai`s time) took part in Indian government program of "National Exploration Licence Policy - III "(NELP-III). Where he signed for search of blocks on lottery basis. He was allotted with basins belonging to Cauvery River and near by.

- Dhiru bhai being busy with communication and other things kept the license as future thing.Other companies and government of India kept poking them for following NELP-III norms.

- After his death and property distribution. No one divided the license, also both of them counted it as "useless" and never asked for it.

- Sudden fire in the oil price in market when crude hit 50$/barrel for first time, both bros started looking for options to get the drilling started in oil areas.

- They both saw the license at their dead-man`s table. Instead of fighting with each other, they started "exploring oil " both claiming single license as their own property.

- By the time Reliance could get any thing Cairn India had started its wells producing more then 2.2 million barrels of oil per day, also they were following norms so they were allowed to sit in NELP -VII phase where as Reliance was allowed to attend but not to bid as they were black listed at that time.( We all can imagine how reliance managed to attend the NELP-VII)

- Both brothers were drilling but getting nothing. At the same time, some how, they launched IPO of their own company RPL and RNRL separately.

- Before launching they decided to buy Oil wells outside India under UN norms so that they can show in India that their company is in profit and IPO is not a big issue. In this both brothers agreed that they will not buy any well on individual cost but will buy through RIL which was their dad`s company. So they both agreed and in this game also they lost two things.
a) UN-"food for oil" scam involved RIL.
b) High cost poor oil quality oil wells.

- Although crude price in world helped them alot at that instance.

- After UN food scam and Indian government ban on NELP VII. Kokilaben must have stopped both of them from this hapth-hazard caused to her husband`s company RIL. Due to which RIL, RNRL and RPL went to silent stand-by.

- On January 2007 ONGC found oil near Cauvery Basin in patches which was not worthy. Reliance brother`s fresh wound was again pinched by this. They instead of fighting, jointly agreed to drill it with name of RIL, just to prove it to maa(kokilaben).

- Dhiru Bhai did it again with RIL and Block number "Dhiru bhai 32 " gave a clear signal of presence of oil on July 2007.

- After math showed that there is oil of around 12 million barrels per day for 15 years approx.

- Reliance purchased 15 various sectors from ONGC and later on in all of them Oil was found. This oil was not present till they were owned by ONGC.

After this successful exploration reliance become largest oil exploration company !!!!!!!!

-Shobhit Gurumurti
Ex-Reliance Mechanical Engineer

mayankshuklahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08400218220944056897noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3981923417857124325.post-12926228489996822002009-11-08T19:09:00.002+05:302009-11-08T19:28:06.562+05:30Lame Media Shame MediaIf, for instance, we believe that 10 political disgraces of India are right as published. Then why the people accused of that are still respected in society. Are people really preying them?

Distorted media has now become a method of earning. If you have 1 crore and wanna make it 10 crore. People here work harder to protect religion(like it or not). Also, tell him to read about Panchayat raj and panchayat raj system".

2) Do not printed internet:-
We all know what internet is.its same thing as news paper without a paper. As Times of India`s editor wrote "Now is the time for print media to go to next level".It clearly means that print media should not be influnced by any phony born on internet. You have your own system of working all you need is to improve quality not increase number of work force.

I am too young to be harsh on any one.But dam! sure I can have a view.
Apologies to anyone who has been hurt.

Regards,
mayank shukla
indoremayankshuklahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08400218220944056897noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3981923417857124325.post-6995497876851189002009-11-07T13:25:00.001+05:302009-11-07T13:26:52.154+05:30Dohe I likeI think you will also like it.
