He was a keen planner for attacks on rulers of england.He threw bomb on Lord Hording in Delhi and acted like he dident know any thing. Three days later he called a public meeting and condemn such attacks.

He met Amrendra Chatterjee`s disciple Basant Kumar Vishwas in a flood relief program. Basant Kumar threw bomb on Lord Hording and 2 other officials. He missed the target.After these attacks British police was in regrous search for this unseen freedom fighter.
In 1913 he went to Japan and changed his name several times. He married Soma Izo and Soma kotkuso`s daughter and lived there. He was given citizenship of Japan in 1923.
On February 1915 he made a new scheme there, in which all trusted freedom fighters should join British army as world-war was into play.
He kept writing for various newspapers regarding Indian independence.
On 28 March 1942 he declared the formation of "Indian Independent League". He made a flag and named it "aazad" (Freedom). He handed it over to Subhash chandra Bose.
Just when he was about to bee at peak of every plan. Japan`s Army removed him and General Mohan Singh from the command of INS although they kept most of structure same.
After the fall of INS Subhash Chandra Bose restructured INS as "Azad Hind Fauj".
On 21 January 1945 RBB took his last breath of having free India in his mind. Government of Japan and Army of Japan Honored him as as "Order of the Rising sun".
