Reply to Tata`s fake Appreciation

This letter is in response to the “fake-appreciation you gave in UK”. 14.06.11

Dear Mr. Tata,

We received our appreciation from your mouth while you were in Europe explaining employees of TATA over there that how smartly we harass human resource in India which Britishers left.

No employee in India can leave office if there is a meeting at 5 o`clock in evening because he will be fired in morning by your high profile HR department and new frog will be hired uptill he turrs at the company rhythm.

Don’t you think that 8hrs is bottom line of working in India also as in Europe. In UK your company has to show Profit:Devidend:Avg Employee pay; Instead in India you get to hike your own salary by 120 times without explanation.

TCS India :: Data Entry world wide

In conference to a friend in USA I came to know that “ All companies like TCS Infosys etc do the lamest work in the field of computers. Indian software engineer is far worse than any other Geek who do not have any degree. I don’t know how much of it is true but If it is true it should be noted a worth while.

Claw of TCS are above Human Rights

The human right clearly mentions “Emotional matter” as a cause of service break for indefinite duration. These matters involve “death of family person” to “birth of child” and “pregnancy 6 to 8 month leaves”.

I can show you 100s of cases in which TCS has fired a trainee candidate on the basis of “being absent more than 2 days” when he was giving fire to the pyre of his father or mother.
In explanation to this your tamed HR officials say “we have mentioned in our contract”. What exactly have they written is not known to me but I can surely say “whatever it is written is not above the Human right or constitution of India”.
“Job of fear” and “job of interest” are 2 different products and cannot make same way.

HRs of TATA

TCS HRs are like college faculty or Dog. They like it only when you lick them like a dog. If you don’t serve them entertainment wise or any other way they won’t support you. It’s mostly like a kid – unless u give him dairy milk he won’t sing for you.

Problem for any new fresher in new city is of accommodation which most of HRs don’t wanna look at it unless you are a beautiful girl.

Tata Institute of Social Science

I was there for a visit of 1 Hr. tour. I saw that ERO research is mostly of how to use more and more machine in place of people. Statistics and researches are more inclined towards use of machine where men can be used just because machines don’t make that much complain and don’t go on strike.

I asked them how you defined TATA HR offices. Their answer was lame in every way. They dident knew “If there is no 1 above any another Indian then even you and me will start corrupting that post. Its something in our blood.”

Your plants are suffering from manpower requirement from min. of 30 engineers in each department to cumulate the load at almost all sites. Its easy to say “ you are stealing the labor jobs and harassing the current employee”. Service of fear is working here too. Your own furnace men told me he hasn’t taken lunch for past 2 days because he was the last to leave the plant, in his shift.

“The romance of Tata steel” clearly mentions that “biggest asset is “company`s employee and nothing else”. The thing that draws my attention is “nothing else” part involved in the quote by Rustam jee. He could have said stopped at “company`s employee” but he wanted to indicate 1 step ahead.

TATA Nano : Sanand

Past year when you shifted to Gujrat I was able to see your Singoor plant in Sanand. Not only it’s awesome but services of Guj Gov are also awesome to you. Again when you get so- much discount then you should give benefit to employees??. Why there is no “bonus of tax benefit” Colum in salary slips.
Your production is slow then line capacity and creates bottle necking from time to time; only reason is HRs; they are not sincere to their duty and nor they give any attention to the training. Least is they are most disturbing on shop floor.

You are outgoing TATA and all this has also happened under your nose.

If anything that has hurt you in my article; well what can I say “Truth bites Tata jee but Truth is truth.”

Your company dont want to be second worst thing that ever happened to Indians in name of company; first one was Britishers – atleast they don’t belong to us but you belonged to us and that’s how this article bleeds out.

Can we come out of this IT Blindness ?

The world looks crazily satisfied when you look it with respected spectacles of IT. This IT shows and talks about the growth of IT itself. Millions of bloggers re-write the same stuff with different words and publish as if new thing has happened.

If we compare IT world to real-human world; we will easily see-Hungary children, child abuses, rape, murder etc. But how can we see it; we are glamorized by the show-offs of IT.

Ofcouse IT is needed part of human society but it should be watched carefully and closely.

The time we spent on Facebook and videos and sharing was the time that our ancestors used to create social tools such as -UNO, Democracy, doing social work , etc.

Though they are failed tools but our existence is still due to them.

If we look at the statics of creativity we can see that we have reached end in 1980. Cell fone was last invention in electronics. Cryogenics was last in rocket. Nano was another in mechanical.

Nothing good has come up in literature other then mashups of languages such as Hinglish (Hindi + English+short typos).No one works with the science these days.

Every renounced scholorer is worried about the existence of its own field. Everyone wants easy money of IT. My father and his father read "speed of light" theoretically. I read it theoretically and by the projections available I dont see it happening in near future.

Can we come out of this IT Blindness ??

Google Another professionals to challange the Democracy of India

There are about 20,000 Professional blog writer whose technical and non-technical articles are read. All these bloggers earn their bread by praising google. If they stop praising they will not get the fat cheque from Adsense departments of Google,instead they might get a ban.So, I cannot assume that this article can come from a PRO-writer hence Naive such as me has to pick up pen.

I am not the first one to blame Google for something.But when it comes to my country I think Google goes to Rank-2. Recently I came across Article on Rajneeti.comwhere 3 links of Maps of India are shown in google Maps. (See link). The map of India is accordance "what that country desires" and not according to DGSI (Director General Surveyor of India) or UNO.

It is clear that to overcome the China`s Firewall " The great firewall of China"; Google has changed the map of India, showing not only Arunachal as its part but also Kashmir. It is clear that corporate lust of "more clicks" to Google has gone so down hill that they never think of 1-billion sentiments.

This cheap step of Google can clearly mean that moral of company towards "Social Responsibility" is really lower then its "ambition of earning."

Reliance Brother and oil in layman's language

I still remember the news when Reliance discovered oil in Cauvery Basin.All I was thinking was " why did government of India not claim it as a property of " people of India ". Why it belongs to reliance.Later on I also came to know that Ambani bros are calculating it as a millions of dollars of worth.
SO after lot of surfing it come to me as :-
- Reliance India (@ Dhiru bhai`s time) took part in Indian government program of "National Exploration Licence Policy - III "(NELP-III). Where he signed for search of blocks on lottery basis. He was allotted with basins belonging to Cauvery River and near by.

- Dhiru bhai being busy with communication and other things kept the license as future thing.Other companies and government of India kept poking them for following NELP-III norms.

- After his death and property distribution. No one divided the license, also both of them counted it as "useless" and never asked for it.

- Sudden fire in the oil price in market when crude hit 50$/barrel for first time, both bros started looking for options to get the drilling started in oil areas.

- They both saw the license at their dead-man`s table. Instead of fighting with each other, they started "exploring oil " both claiming single license as their own property.

- By the time Reliance could get any thing Cairn India had started its wells producing more then 2.2 million barrels of oil per day, also they were following norms so they were allowed to sit in NELP -VII phase where as Reliance was allowed to attend but not to bid as they were black listed at that time.( We all can imagine how reliance managed to attend the NELP-VII)

- Both brothers were drilling but getting nothing. At the same time, some how, they launched IPO of their own company RPL and RNRL separately.

- Before launching they decided to buy Oil wells outside India under UN norms so that they can show in India that their company is in profit and IPO is not a big issue.In this both brothers agreed that they will not buy any well on individual cost but will buy through RIL which was their dad`s company. So they both agreed and in this game also they lost two things.
a) UN-"food for oil" scam involved RIL.
b) High cost poor oil quality oil wells.

- Although crude price in world helped them alot at that instance.

- After UN food scam and Indian government ban on NELP VII. Kokilaben must have stopped both of them from this hapth-hazard caused to her husband`s company RIL. Due to which RIL, RNRL and RPL went to silent stand-by.

- On January 2007 ONGC found oil near Cauvery Basin in patches which was not worthy. Reliance brother`s fresh wound was again pinched by this. They instead of fighting, jointly agreed to drill it with name of RIL, just to prove it to maa(kokilaben).

- Dhiru Bhai did it again with RIL and Block number "Dhiru bhai 32 " gave a clear signal of presence of oil on July 2007.

- After math showed that there is oil of around 12 million barrels per day for 15 years approx.

- Reliance purchased 15 various sectors from ONGC and later on in all of them Oil was found. This oil was not present till they were owned by ONGC.

After this successful exploration reliance become largest oil exploration company !!!!!!!!
